About Joybunch
Joybunch is a Mumbai-based brand of personalized return gift bunches for children’s birthdays (ages 1-15), operated by a husband-wife founder team.
Orders
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information. Personalized items (with your child’s first name) cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started (typically 24 hours after order confirmation).
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (?) and inclusive of applicable GST. Delivery charges are calculated based on your pin code and shown before checkout.
Replacement guarantee
Damaged items receive 100% replacement within 24 hours of delivery, on photo evidence.
Intellectual property
JoybunchT name, logo, and brand assets are property of the founders. Content on this site may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
Joybunch’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in Mumbai courts.
