Replacement guarantee

Damaged or defective items receive 100% replacement within 24 hours of delivery. Send a photo via WhatsApp to +91 99999 99999 and we’ll dispatch a replacement immediately.

Cancellations

• Pre-production (within 1 hour of order): Free cancellation, full UPI refund within 5 working days
• During production (after 1 hour): Cancellation case-by-case via WhatsApp; partial refund possible
• After shipping: Cancellation not possible; replacement guarantee applies for defects only

Personalized items

Items personalized with your child’s first name cannot be returned for change of mind once production has started, since they’re unique to your order.

How to claim

WhatsApp +91 99999 99999 with your order number and photos. Refunds processed via the original payment method (UPI most common).
